The Realtors at The Fowler Group are recognized leaders in the residential real estate market. They are proud to carry forward the success that dates back to 1960, when family patriarch Jack Fowler started Fowler Real Estate in post WWII when Pearl Street in Boulder was a dirt road.
In the early 1980’s, the Fowler family built one of the most desirable communities in Boulder, the 363 unit Gold Run Condominium project. In the 1990’s, Tom Fowler led the business and shaped it into Fowler Real Estate/Better Homes & Gardens, one of Northern Colorado’s largest and fastest growing real estate firms with five offices and 350 brokers. Tom later sold the firm and joined Coldwell Banker.
Colorado’s #1 real Estate company for more than 15 years. Armed with the knowledge Tom gained in the Gold Run Condominium project, he focused on condo-specific sales and marketing for over 20 developments in Denver and Boulder. Selling over 3,000 condominiums, totaling over $1 billion in sales, Tom's impressive experience in the condo arena speaks for itself.
