Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Tom has spent his entire life cultivating relationships and helping shape the real estate landscape across the Front Range. His father, Jack Fowler, founded Fowler Real Estate in 1960—a company that became the launchpad for many of Boulder’s top-producing agents. Tom took the reins in 1985, transforming the firm into Fowler Real Estate / Better Homes and Gardens, which grew into one of Northern Colorado’s largest and most respected brokerages, with five offices and over 350 agents.

From brokering multi-million-dollar condominium projects in Boulder and Denver to helping clients navigate farm and land sales, income properties, and residential homes across the region, Tom has truly done it all. But what he’s best known for—his true trademark—is condominium sales. Respectfully nicknamed The Boulder Condo Guy and The Condo King, Tom has personally sold over 3,000 condos and amassed more than $1 billion in closed sales, making him the most prolific condo broker in Boulder history.
