From the way she and her staff promote their business to their office space itself, they are constantly looking for ways to upcycle, recycle, and reduce their impact on the planet. Baille said, “When we built our office out we used as many environmentally-friendly products as we could find; the paint on our walls is recycled, we used LED lights throughout, and seventy-five percent of our furniture is upcycled.”
When it comes to promoting her business, Baille opts for online promotion over mailers and the mailers she does send are on recycled paper whenever possible. When it comes to promoting business at events they opt for reusable items like photo booths for selfies or reusable handouts like bag clips or coffee mugs – they simply don’t believe in single-use swag because even though it might promote their business, they feel like it becomes one more thing in the landfill. “We take pride in doing our part to take care of this place we call home.
